To add a phone:
1. Right-click on the IP address of the requesting set.
2. Click Grant Login Permission.
Login Properties
3. When the server confirms your selection, click OK.
4. In the General Properties dialogue box that appears, the initial description
will appear as the phone’s Directory Number but a User Name or IP
address can be entered instead. This information will be based on data
presented by the phone when it first attempts to register, i.e. IP address,
